• Wallet address (via Venly.io)

• Username and profile information

• Posts, likes, comments, group activity

• Gold Coin and reward transactions

• Referral activity

• App interaction metrics via Firebase Analytics

c. Technical Information

• Device type and operating system

• App version and crash reports

• Language and time zone

d. Media and Microphone Access

• Uploaded images, videos, and audio (for feed posts or voice chat)

• Microphone access is used only with your explicit permission

Genysis uses third-party services to enhance functionality, security, analytics, and user experience. These include but are not limited to:

3. Data Usage

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts

• Provide app functionality and customer support

• Reward users based on wallet ownership and activity logs (non-custodial)

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

• Conduct analytics to improve the platform

• Send app updates, announcements, and policy changes

We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across third-party platforms.

4. Data Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

• Only authorized personnel can access user data.

• We implement access controls, rate limiting, and security monitoring.

• Wallets remain non-custodial. Genysis does not store your private keys.

5. User Rights

You have full control over your data. Depending on your location, including if you are in the European Union, you may exercise the following rights:

• Access or Update: View and edit your profile and settings at any time.

• Delete Account: Delete your account instantly through the app settings.

• Withdraw Consent: Revoke permissions (e.g., mic or media access) in your device settings.

• Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

• Restrict Processing: Request that we temporarily limit how we process your data.

• Right to Object: Object to the processing of your data in certain cases.

• Right to Complain: Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Used for app diagnostics, analytics, and ads (e.g., Google AdSense).

7. International Data Transfers

Genysis operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

For users in the European Union, we rely on approved safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your information remains protected when transferred internationally.

Encryption for messages, wallet management by Venly, Moralis, Agora. Hosted on secure cloud (AWS, Google).
