At Genysis, we prioritize your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

• Account Information: display name, username, profile picture, email, password.

• User-Generated Content: group images (public/private).

2. Third-Party Services

• Social Logins: Apple, Google, WeChat

• Wallet Management: Venly

• Crypto APIs: Moralis

• Voice: Agora

• Firebase: analytics & backend

3. Data Usage

Used for communication, authentication, app functionality, analytics. Not sold. Shared only when required by law or to protect users.

4. Data Security

• Private messages: end-to-end encrypted.

• Wallets: Venly, no Genysis access.

• User must protect credentials.

5. User Rights

• Access/update/delete anytime.

• Data is removed upon deletion unless required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Used for app diagnostics, analytics, and ads (e.g., Google AdSense).

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored/processed internationally. We use legal safeguards where required.

8. Updates to Privacy Policy

We notify you via push/email if significant changes are made.

9. Data Encryption and Security

Encryption for messages, wallet management by Venly, Moralis, Agora. Hosted on secure cloud (AWS, Google).
