Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Genysis platform, including our websites, mobile applications, software, wallets, AI features, communities, rewards, crypto services, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms also include the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for the Genysis application.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies we publish. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. You may use the Platform only if you are legally permitted to do so and are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
Genysis may modify these Terms or any part of the Platform at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Genysis does not guarantee that the Platform or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
Eligibility & Accounts
You may be required to create an Account to access certain Platform features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and maintain the security of your Account. You are responsible for all activity occurring through your Account and for protecting your passwords, devices, private keys, recovery phrases, and other credentials.
Unless authorized by Genysis, you may not:
Create multiple Accounts to manipulate the Platform.
Share, sell, rent, transfer, or allow others to use your Account.
Impersonate another person or provide false information.
Access the Platform using bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized software.
Genysis may verify account information, reclaim usernames, restrict features, suspend Accounts, or terminate access at any time to protect the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms. Deleting or losing access to an Account may result in the permanent loss of Platform features, subscriptions, rewards, Platform Balances, Digital Items, or other benefits to the extent permitted by law.
Acceptable Use & User Content
You are solely responsible for all content, communications, media, wallet activity, and other actions associated with your Account. By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use and share it and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
You grant Genysis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, promote, and provide the Platform.
You may not use the Platform to:
Violate any law or regulation.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others.
Commit fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices.
Upload malware or interfere with Platform security.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Manipulate rewards, rankings, referrals, AI systems, simulations, or other Platform features.
Circumvent security, moderation, compliance, or access controls.
Genysis may review, remove, restrict, disable, or moderate content or Accounts whenever necessary to protect the Platform, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. Genysis is not responsible for user-generated content or disputes between users.
Communities, Groups & Voice Chat
The Platform may include Community Features such as messaging, groups, voice chat, live rooms, and other social experiences. You are solely responsible for your conduct and communications while using Community Features.
Community administrators are responsible for managing their own communities but must comply with these Terms. Genysis does not endorse or verify user discussions, advice, opinions, promotions, or community activity.
Community Features may include moderation tools, reporting systems, recordings, or AI-assisted safety features where permitted by law. Genysis may remove content, restrict communities, revoke community privileges, suspend participation, or terminate Accounts whenever necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Wallets, Swaps & Crypto Services
Genysis is a non-custodial software platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Genysis does not custody user crypto assets, control private keys, hold recovery phrases, or execute blockchain transactions on your behalf. Crypto Services rely on blockchain networks and independent third-party providers. Genysis does not control and is not responsible for blockchain performance, validator activity, network congestion, smart contracts, liquidity providers, pricing, exchange rates, transaction finality, or third-party services.
You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses, supported networks, token compatibility, transaction details, and the security of your wallets, devices, credentials, private keys, and recovery phrases. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Nothing provided through Crypto Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Genysis may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Crypto Service, supported blockchain, provider, token, or feature at any time.
Fees. Transactions may be subject to Genysis platform fees, network (gas) fees, exchange-rate spreads, slippage, liquidity provider fees, processing fees, and other applicable charges. These fees may change at any time and may be disclosed separately, included in the quoted transaction amount, deducted from the transaction proceeds, or otherwise reflected in the final transaction results.
Error Correction. Genysis may investigate, correct, reverse, adjust, reclaim, cancel, or remove transactions, rewards, promotional BUX balances, Gold Coins, Platform Balances, Digital Items, subscriptions, benefits, or other Platform activity resulting from bugs, exploits, fraud, technical issues, pricing errors, administrative mistakes, system malfunctions, or other unintended events. Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Charts & Market Data
The Platform may display prices, charts, analytics, rankings, blockchain data, and other market information obtained from Genysis or third-party sources. This information is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
Genysis does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of Market Data and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Simulations & Predictions
The Platform may offer simulations, predictions, competitions, leaderboards, virtual portfolios, and similar promotional features (“Simulation Features”). Simulation Features are provided solely for entertainment, educational, and promotional purposes and do not constitute gambling, investing, brokerage, or financial services.
Genysis may modify, suspend, reset, audit, invalidate, or discontinue any Simulation Feature, participation, ranking, reward, or virtual balance at any time, including to address fraud, abuse, technical issues, compliance requirements, or operational needs.
You may not manipulate Simulation Features through bots, automation, exploits, duplicate accounts, or other deceptive practices. Genysis may reverse rewards, remove participation, or suspend Accounts for violations of these Terms.
Rewards (BUX, Gold Coins & Platform Balances)
The Platform may offer promotional rewards, including BUX, Gold Coins, points, credits, rankings, and other Platform Balances.
BUX is the planned utility token of the Genysis ecosystem. Before the BUX token is launched, eligible users may earn promotional BUX rewards through qualifying Platform activities, including eligible swap transactions. VIP members may earn BUX at enhanced rates based on their membership tier. Promotional BUX rewards accumulate within the Platform and may be claimed or redeemed for eligible rewards, where offered by Genysis, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Genysis may modify, suspend, or discontinue the BUX rewards program, reward rates, eligibility requirements, redemption options, claim requirements, or planned token functionality at any time.
Unless expressly authorized by Genysis, Platform Balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside the Platform. Earning or holding Platform Balances or BUX does not create ownership, equity, voting, profit-sharing, dividend, or other rights in Genysis. Genysis may modify, suspend, revoke, expire, audit, adjust, reclaim, or discontinue any Platform Balance, reward program, earning method, eligibility requirement, or benefit at any time.
VIP Memberships & Digital Collectibles
The Platform may offer subscriptions, premium memberships, lifetime passes, Digital Items, badges, collectibles, avatars, and other enhanced features.
These products are provided for access, utility, personalization, and participation within the Platform. They are not securities, investments, bank accounts, financial products, or ownership interests in Genysis and do not guarantee future value, liquidity, appreciation, resale opportunities, or continued utility.
Genysis may modify, replace, suspend, revoke, or discontinue any membership, Digital Item, benefit, feature, or eligibility requirement at any time. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.
Advertising & Sponsored Content
The Platform may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotions, AMAs, and other marketing materials provided by Genysis or third parties.
Genysis does not endorse, verify, or guarantee advertisers, projects, products, services, or claims made through Promotional Content. Your interactions with advertisers and third parties are solely between you and the applicable party.
Genysis may approve, reject, remove, restrict, label, or discontinue Promotional Content at any time.
Payments, Billing & Verification
Certain Platform features may require payment, identity verification, tax information, or compliance reviews. Payment processing, identity verification, and related services may be provided by independent third-party providers whose terms also apply.
Transactions, subscriptions, promotional payouts, and other payment-related services may be delayed, denied, reversed, restricted, or cancelled due to legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, technical, or provider requirements.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment and verification information, maintaining eligibility, paying applicable taxes and fees, and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Genysis does not guarantee payment approval, payout eligibility, processing times, or the availability of any payment or verification service.
AI Features
The Platform may include AI-powered features, assistants, recommendations, automation, moderation, and other AI services (“AI Features”). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable and is provided for informational and operational purposes only. AI Features do not constitute financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
By using AI Features, you acknowledge that your prompts and interactions may be processed by Genysis or authorized third-party providers to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Platform. Genysis may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI Features at any time and is not liable for AI-generated content or your reliance on it.
Fraud, Security & Compliance
You may not engage in fraud, abuse, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized automation, exploits, duplicate accounts, or any activity that compromises the integrity or security of the Platform.
Genysis may investigate suspected violations, monitor Platform activity, require identity or compliance verification, reverse rewards or promotional benefits, restrict features, suspend transactions, or terminate Accounts to protect the Platform, comply with applicable laws, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security risks.
Users must cooperate with reasonable compliance requests. Failure to do so may result in restricted or terminated access to the Platform.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, technology, trademarks, branding, content, designs, AI systems, Digital Items, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Genysis and protected by applicable law.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without Genysis’s prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by Genysis without restriction or compensation.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, providers, blockchains, payment processors, wallets, applications, websites, or protocols. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Genysis does not own, operate, or control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, performance, security, content, policies, transactions, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Disclaimers, Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that the use of blockchain technology, digital assets, AI, Community Features, Crypto Services, third-party providers, promotional rewards, and internet-based services involves inherent risks, including technical failures, security incidents, market volatility, delays, data loss, and regulatory changes. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genysis, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genysis’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Genysis during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Indemnification & Suspension/Termination
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genysis, Genysis Labs LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized conduct.
Genysis may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may, at its sole discretion and with or without notice, restrict, suspend, terminate, or modify your Account or access to any part of the Platform. Genysis may also remove content, revoke rewards, Platform Balances, Digital Items, memberships, subscriptions, or other benefits where necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, protect the Platform, prevent fraud or abuse, or address technical or security issues.
Suspension or termination does not affect your ownership of assets held in a non-custodial wallet that you control. However, Genysis is not responsible for maintaining access to third-party wallets, blockchain networks, or external services.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Nothing prevents Genysis from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, security, or other legal rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Genysis’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its rights. Genysis may assign these Terms at any time, but you may not assign your rights or obligations without Genysis’s prior written consent.
Genysis may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. Certain provisions, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any provision that by its nature should survive, will remain in effect after your use of the Platform ends. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genysis regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements relating to its subject matter.
Definitions & Interpretation
For these Terms:
Account means your registered Genysis user account.
Platform means all Genysis applications, websites, software, services, APIs, content, and related features.
Crypto Services means wallet connections, swaps, blockchain integrations, digital asset functionality, and related services made available through the Platform.
Community Features means messaging, groups, voice chat, live rooms, communities, and social features.
Platform Balances means Gold Coins, promotional BUX balances, points, credits, rankings, and similar promotional balances or rewards available within the Platform.
Digital Items means digital collectibles, badges, passes, avatars, profile items, and other digital assets offered through the Platform.
Unless the context requires otherwise, singular words include the plural, references to laws include future amendments, and the word including means including without limitation.
Contact Information
If you have questions about these Terms or the Platform, you may contact Genysis through the official support channels made available by Genysis. You should rely only on communications originating from official Genysis channels. Genysis is not responsible for impersonators, unofficial support accounts, phishing attempts, or fraudulent communications claiming to represent Genysis.
You must never share your passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or other sensitive credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent Genysis. Genysis will never request this information. Support availability, response times, and issue resolution are not guaranteed and may vary based on operational, legal, compliance, security, or technical requirements.

Intellectual Property

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without Genysis’s prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by Genysis without restriction or compensation.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, providers, blockchains, payment processors, wallets, applications, websites, or protocols. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Genysis does not own, operate, or control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, performance, security, content, policies, transactions, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Disclaimers, Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that the use of blockchain technology, digital assets, AI, Community Features, Crypto Services, third-party providers, promotional rewards, and internet-based services involves inherent risks, including technical failures, security incidents, market volatility, delays, data loss, and regulatory changes. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genysis, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genysis’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Genysis during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Indemnification & Suspension/Termination
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genysis, Genysis Labs LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized conduct.
Genysis may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may, at its sole discretion and with or without notice, restrict, suspend, terminate, or modify your Account or access to any part of the Platform. Genysis may also remove content, revoke rewards, Platform Balances, Digital Items, memberships, subscriptions, or other benefits where necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, protect the Platform, prevent fraud or abuse, or address technical or security issues.
Suspension or termination does not affect your ownership of assets held in a non-custodial wallet that you control. However, Genysis is not responsible for maintaining access to third-party wallets, blockchain networks, or external services.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Nothing prevents Genysis from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, security, or other legal rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Genysis’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its rights. Genysis may assign these Terms at any time, but you may not assign your rights or obligations without Genysis’s prior written consent.
Genysis may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. Certain provisions, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any provision that by its nature should survive, will remain in effect after your use of the Platform ends. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genysis regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements relating to its subject matter.

Account means your registered Genysis user account.
Platform means all Genysis applications, websites, software, services, APIs, content, and related features.
Crypto Services means wallet connections, swaps, blockchain integrations, digital asset functionality, and related services made available through the Platform.
Community Features means messaging, groups, voice chat, live rooms, communities, and social features.
Platform Balances means Gold Coins, promotional BUX balances, points, credits, rankings, and similar promotional balances or rewards available within the Platform.
Digital Items means digital collectibles, badges, passes, avatars, profile items, and other digital assets offered through the Platform.
Unless the context requires otherwise, singular words include the plural, references to laws include future amendments, and the word including means including without limitation.

Genysis will never request this information. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Genysis platform, including our websites, mobile applications, software, wallets, AI features, communities, rewards, crypto services, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms also include the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for the Genysis application.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies we publish. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. You may use the Platform only if you are legally permitted to do so and are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
Genysis may modify these Terms or any part of the Platform at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Genysis does not guarantee that the Platform or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
Eligibility & Accounts
You may be required to create an Account to access certain Platform features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and maintain the security of your Account. You are responsible for all activity occurring through your Account and for protecting your passwords, devices, private keys, recovery phrases, and other credentials.
Unless authorized by Genysis, you may not:
Create multiple Accounts to manipulate the Platform.
Share, sell, rent, transfer, or allow others to use your Account.
Impersonate another person or provide false information.
Access the Platform using bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized software.
Genysis may verify account information, reclaim usernames, restrict features, suspend Accounts, or terminate access at any time to protect the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms. Deleting or losing access to an Account may result in the permanent loss of Platform features, subscriptions, rewards, Platform Balances, Digital Items, or other benefits to the extent permitted by law.
Acceptable Use & User Content
You are solely responsible for all content, communications, media, wallet activity, and other actions associated with your Account. By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use and share it and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
You grant Genysis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, promote, and provide the Platform.
You may not use the Platform to:
Violate any law or regulation.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others.
Commit fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices.
Upload malware or interfere with Platform security.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Manipulate rewards, rankings, referrals, AI systems, simulations, or other Platform features.
Circumvent security, moderation, compliance, or access controls.
Genysis may review, remove, restrict, disable, or moderate content or Accounts whenever necessary to protect the Platform, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. Genysis is not responsible for user-generated content or disputes between users.
Communities, Groups & Voice Chat
The Platform may include Community Features such as messaging, groups, voice chat, live rooms, and other social experiences. You are solely responsible for your conduct and communications while using Community Features.
Community administrators are responsible for managing their own communities but must comply with these Terms. Genysis does not endorse or verify user discussions, advice, opinions, promotions, or community activity.
Community Features may include moderation tools, reporting systems, recordings, or AI-assisted safety features where permitted by law. Genysis may remove content, restrict communities, revoke community privileges, suspend participation, or terminate Accounts whenever necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Wallets, Swaps & Crypto Services
Genysis is a non-custodial software platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Genysis does not custody user crypto assets, control private keys, hold recovery phrases, or execute blockchain transactions on your behalf. Crypto Services rely on blockchain networks and independent third-party providers. Genysis does not control and is not responsible for blockchain performance, validator activity, network congestion, smart contracts, liquidity providers, pricing, exchange rates, transaction finality, or third-party services.
You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses, supported networks, token compatibility, transaction details, and the security of your wallets, devices, credentials, private keys, and recovery phrases. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Nothing provided through Crypto Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Genysis may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Crypto Service, supported blockchain, provider, token, or feature at any time.
Fees. Transactions may be subject to Genysis platform fees, network (gas) fees, exchange-rate spreads, slippage, liquidity provider fees, processing fees, and other applicable charges. These fees may change at any time and may be disclosed separately, included in the quoted transaction amount, deducted from the transaction proceeds, or otherwise reflected in the final transaction results.
Error Correction. Genysis may investigate, correct, reverse, adjust, reclaim, cancel, or remove transactions, rewards, promotional BUX balances, Gold Coins, Platform Balances, Digital Items, subscriptions, benefits, or other Platform activity resulting from bugs, exploits, fraud, technical issues, pricing errors, administrative mistakes, system malfunctions, or other unintended events. Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Charts & Market Data
The Platform may display prices, charts, analytics, rankings, blockchain data, and other market information obtained from Genysis or third-party sources. This information is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
Genysis does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of Market Data and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Simulations & Predictions
The Platform may offer simulations, predictions, competitions, leaderboards, virtual portfolios, and similar promotional features (“Simulation Features”). Simulation Features are provided solely for entertainment, educational, and promotional purposes and do not constitute gambling, investing, brokerage, or financial services.
Genysis may modify, suspend, reset, audit, invalidate, or discontinue any Simulation Feature, participation, ranking, reward, or virtual balance at any time, including to address fraud, abuse, technical issues, compliance requirements, or operational needs.
You may not manipulate Simulation Features through bots, automation, exploits, duplicate accounts, or other deceptive practices. Genysis may reverse rewards, remove participation, or suspend Accounts for violations of these Terms.
Rewards (BUX, Gold Coins & Platform Balances)
The Platform may offer promotional rewards, including BUX, Gold Coins, points, credits, rankings, and other Platform Balances.
BUX is the planned utility token of the Genysis ecosystem. Before the BUX token is launched, eligible users may earn promotional BUX rewards through qualifying Platform activities, including eligible swap transactions. VIP members may earn BUX at enhanced rates based on their membership tier. Promotional BUX rewards accumulate within the Platform and may be claimed or redeemed for eligible rewards, where offered by Genysis, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Genysis may modify, suspend, or discontinue the BUX rewards program, reward rates, eligibility requirements, redemption options, claim requirements, or planned token functionality at any time.
Unless expressly authorized by Genysis, Platform Balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside the Platform. Earning or holding Platform Balances or BUX does not create ownership, equity, voting, profit-sharing, dividend, or other rights in Genysis. Genysis may modify, suspend, revoke, expire, audit, adjust, reclaim, or discontinue any Platform Balance, reward program, earning method, eligibility requirement, or benefit at any time.
VIP Memberships & Digital Collectibles
The Platform may offer subscriptions, premium memberships, lifetime passes, Digital Items, badges, collectibles, avatars, and other enhanced features.
These products are provided for access, utility, personalization, and participation within the Platform. They are not securities, investments, bank accounts, financial products, or ownership interests in Genysis and do not guarantee future value, liquidity, appreciation, resale opportunities, or continued utility.
Genysis may modify, replace, suspend, revoke, or discontinue any membership, Digital Item, benefit, feature, or eligibility requirement at any time. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.
Advertising & Sponsored Content
The Platform may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotions, AMAs, and other marketing materials provided by Genysis or third parties.
Genysis does not endorse, verify, or guarantee advertisers, projects, products, services, or claims made through Promotional Content. Your interactions with advertisers and third parties are solely between you and the applicable party.
Genysis may approve, reject, remove, restrict, label, or discontinue Promotional Content at any time.
Payments, Billing & Verification
Certain Platform features may require payment, identity verification, tax information, or compliance reviews. Payment processing, identity verification, and related services may be provided by independent third-party providers whose terms also apply.
Transactions, subscriptions, promotional payouts, and other payment-related services may be delayed, denied, reversed, restricted, or cancelled due to legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, technical, or provider requirements.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment and verification information, maintaining eligibility, paying applicable taxes and fees, and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Genysis does not guarantee payment approval, payout eligibility, processing times, or the availability of any payment or verification service.
AI Features
The Platform may include AI-powered features, assistants, recommendations, automation, moderation, and other AI services (“AI Features”). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable and is provided for informational and operational purposes only. AI Features do not constitute financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
By using AI Features, you acknowledge that your prompts and interactions may be processed by Genysis or authorized third-party providers to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Platform. Genysis may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI Features at any time and is not liable for AI-generated content or your reliance on it.
Fraud, Security & Compliance
You may not engage in fraud, abuse, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized automation, exploits, duplicate accounts, or any activity that compromises the integrity or security of the Platform.
Genysis may investigate suspected violations, monitor Platform activity, require identity or compliance verification, reverse rewards or promotional benefits, restrict features, suspend transactions, or terminate Accounts to protect the Platform, comply with applicable laws, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security risks.
